Born more than half a century ago, I was raised in a humble family environment that valued respect and hard work. After graduating from Capital Medical University, I worked as a surgeon for a while before pursuing a corporate career path. I worked for some world-leading pharmaceutical and advertising companies before migrating to Australia.
I acquired master’s degrees in science and professional accounting, along with a CPA qualification. I have never stopped learning. However, I invested a lot of my time and energy professionally, but I did not put the same effort into my mindset. I was a people pleaser. I sacrificed my time, finances, and even my physical and mental health trying to make my previous romantic relationship work. I didn’t have healthy boundaries, and towards the end of that relationship, I was shocked by the disrespect and physical abuse I had put up with.
That experience taught me a lot. For a long time, I was very confused and fearful. Slowly, I rebuilt my confidence through extensive self-study, working hard for what I believe in, and with the support of my loving friends and family. I was fortunate to have them at my lowest point in life.
Over the years, I studied personality disorders, relationships, communication skills, attachment styles, boundaries, values, energy work, breathwork, etc. I tried counselling, meditation, Tai Chi, Taekwondo, affirmations, journaling, and most recently, neuro-transformation therapy. I found that many different approaches all aim to reach the same point: being true to who you are and being aware.
Just like a plant that grew up in a greenhouse and was never exposed to harsh weather, a sudden cold snap can kill it if moved outside. But if the plant grew up in nature, withstanding the wind, rain, sun, storm, and everything that comes with it, it will become stronger. Life’s challenges are like weather conditions—they are there to make us stronger, not to kill us. Learn from them and do better next time.
I am now in a healthy long-term romantic relationship. I am mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially healthy and strong. And I know tomorrow is going to be even better.
If you want to be your authentic self, enjoy a life filled with love and respect, and feel peace, joy, and radiance every day, no matter where you are in your journey, I extend my knowledge and support to women who need help recognising their true worth and rising to become empowered and happy beings.
Because I know, an empowered woman not only helps herself but also positively impacts everyone around her, affecting generations up and down, and far beyond.
