Step into a quiet wooden cabin nestled in nature, where time slows and your spirit can breathe. Qi and Tea is a nourishing wellness experience designed for women who give so much to others but long to reconnect with themselves.
In Chinese philosophy, Qi (pronounced “chee”) is the life force that flows through all living things — the vital energy that fuels your body, your breath, and your emotions. When Qi is balanced, we feel alive, centered, and radiant. Through a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, simple rituals, and soulful connection, you’ll restore the natural flow of Qi within you — awakening your inner glow.
Come home to yourself — one breath, one sip, one moment at a time.
